Welcome to Turva — a crowdsourced security platform that empowers users to report, share, and access safety-related information in real-time.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Turva application or website (the "Service") operated by Turva Inc. ("Turva", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of reports submitted by users.

4. Use License

Turva grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Use the Service for commercial gain without express written permission;
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform;

You are solely responsible for the information, data, and materials ("User Content") you post, upload, or share via Turva.

By submitting User Content, you agree that:

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate.

Turva relies on user-submitted data. We make no guarantees about the timeliness, accuracy, or legitimacy of any report. Verified reports may be marked, but verification does not imply endorsement or liability.

You agree not to submit false reports or misuse the platform in any way that may cause harm or panic to others.

Turva is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your account.
